The YEP program seeks to foster an entrepreneurial climate and career exploration while empowering youth to create successful business ventures that contribute to the development of the nation. Additionally, partnering youth with Fortune 500 companies in an internship or apprenticeship position providing opportunities for students to gain experience in their career field.

These programs will focus on basic life skills, computer skills, economic knowledge, financial strategy, business operations and technology management. By the end of the program, the students will have both the theoretical and practical experience for exemplifying teamwork, leadership, business ethics, and citizenship – ages 14-18.
